Hi, I am Valeria Garcia and work as the Director of Sales/New Product Developer for our self-defense company Guardian. The sales department has been very busy throughout these last couple of weeks due to the trade shows. We spent weeks finalizing our sales materials and ensuring that they were crafted specifically for our company goals and also spent much time training all the employees to effectively sell at trade shows. The sales department also has the responsibility to set up a system in which every sale from the trade show is recorded.Â
We sold and recorded all transaction electronically using the trade show POS. Overall, these trade shows demonstrated to the sales department that our hard work in training and finaling materials paid off due to placement in competitions. The sales departments is looking forward to the LA Trade show and all the competitions we will participate in and hopefully.
